I graduated from the WCCMT Victoria campus in 2005 and completed my bachelors of Health Science degree through Thompson Rivers University in 2017. In addition, I hold a Master’s of Counselling Psychology through City University of Seattle and am a Registered Clinical Counsellor with the BCACC. I am a member of the RMTBC’s Women’s Health Advanced Practice group. I have taught infant massage both privately and publicly and I bring more than seventeen years of knowledge and experience to every treatment.

Since the very early days of my career, I have been passionate about perinatal health. I have focused my post graduate massage therapy training on pregnancy, post-partum, labour/delivery, and post surgical care (caesarean and breast/chest). I love working with new and expecting parents, surrogates, cancer survivors who have experienced mastectomy, individuals undergoing gender-affirming top surgery, and I aim to support a client’s changing body in a compassionate and holistic way while assisting them on their journey of wellness, recovery, or parenthood.

I intimately know the relationship between our physical body and psycho-emotional experiences. In the realm of counselling, I offer supportive, collaborative, feed-back informed virtual therapy for people experiencing grief/loss, miscarriage/infant loss, fertility challenges, perinatal depression/anxiety and birth trauma. I approach every session from a solution-focused, client-centered and trauma-informed perspective. I always seek to meet clients where they are at, understand their unique lived experience, and honour what they are going through.
